A monoportion is a small cake designed for one person—because sometimes it’s perfectly fine not to share dessert. Compact, elegant, and layered so every bite tells its own story. Behind this petite format lies a whole world of flavors, textures, and combinations. A monoportion isn’t just a smaller version of a big cake; it’s a carefully crafted dessert where every layer has its place and purpose.
