Now, it’s the focus of this hands-on cooking workshop for enthusiasts. Guided by our expert chefs, you’ll craft gourmet dishes that combine stunning presentation, authentic flavors, and modern techniques, just like those served in European bistros and contemporary Mediterranean taverns. Menu: Confit lamb shank with demiglace sauce and pea purée; Duck breast in apricot sauce; Gnocchi stuffed with goat cheese and prosciutto.
