Cooking Workshop: Pasta e basta – The ABC of Handmade Pasta

📅 November 14, 2026, Saturday 🕔 09:00 – 14:00 📍 ŠKMER Culinary Academy, Jobova 2, Split. What we’ll do: Tagliatelle with ragù – egg dough, rolling and cutting strips. The foundational technique to start with. Potato gnocchi with butter and sage – hand-shaped, forgiving since it’s hard to go wrong, and the results look great quickly. Orecchiette from semolina and water – egg-free dough, shaped with the thumb, teaching handwork without machines.
