In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare different types of sponges and when and why to use each one. We’ll make several varieties—light, airy, richer, and denser—so you can understand their differences and choose the perfect base for your cake. Through practical work, you’ll master mixing, baking, and avoiding common mistakes.
