Two-Day Workshop: Cheesecake Mastery

📅 January 8–9, 2027 🕔 Friday 5–9 PM – Saturday 9 AM–2 PM 📍 ŠKMER Culinary Academy, Jobova 2, Split. If there’s a dessert that can be made in countless ways, it’s cheesecake. Creamy or airy, baked or no-bake, rustic or elegant—each has its own character, which is why almost everyone loves it. In this workshop, we’ll combine famous classics from around the world with the flavors we grew up with. Through hands-on preparation, we’ll compare different types of cheese, techniques, and small details that change the texture, taste, and appearance of the final cake. Sometimes, changing just one ingredient or step can produce a completely different result. This workshop is for anyone who loves great desserts, whether you bake at home or work professionally in pastry.
