Workshop for Dessert Lovers: Mono Dessert – Art in One Portion

📅 February 10, 2027, Wednesday 🕔 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM 📍 ŠKMER Culinary Academy, Jobova 2, Split. What we’ll do: Chocolate monoportion, Vanilla monoportion. This workshop is dedicated to crafting two modern mono desserts—one vanilla-based and one chocolate-based. Through preparing individual components, you’ll learn how to assemble monoportions, from biscuits and creams to crunchy elements and final decoration. We’ll work with silicone molds and explore the basic principles of shaping and presenting modern single-portion desserts. 👨‍🍳 The workshop fee (80 €) includes: ✔️ Hands-on work in small groups with expert guidance from award-winning pastry chefs ✔️ All necessary ingredients, materials, and professional equipment ✔️ Beverages during the workshop ✔️ Recipes for all prepared desserts ✔️ Tasting of the desserts in the Academy’s pleasant atmosphere. 📌 Limited spots available to ensure high-quality work and personalized attention for each participant.
