What you do

This program, organized by the Istrian Psychological Association, is designed for professionals working with children and youth across all levels of the educational system in Istria County. Its goal is to raise awareness and educate participants, encouraging them to consciously and actively manage stress levels in their daily lives. The program strengthens mental health and psychological well-being through preventive, educational, and supportive activities aimed at reducing professional stress and burnout risks while fostering individual and collective protective factors. The workshop cycle will be held every Tuesday from November 17 to December 15, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Pula Youth Center. The maximum number of participants is 18. The program consists of five group workshop sessions, featuring active participation in practical exercises, discussions, and reflection. The cost is 500 kuna per participant.
